Introduction

This training programme aims to familiarise the trainees with the rules of good preparation practice in agri-food.

The programme is implemented through distance asynchronous tele-education, is four hundred (400) hours long and does not require the presence of trainees in in-person meetings.

Intended participants

This specific educational programme is intended for:

  • Employees, regardless of their level of education, in food management and marketing companies or food manufacturing companies or commercial companies.
  • Employees and executives of food production process departments.
  • Food industry executives who work in related positions and wish to improve their knowledge and qualifications.
  • Senior executives who wish to have an overall view of the food production process.
  • Adult Educators in the field of Agriculture and Food.
  • Executives of food businesses and organisations who wish to become involved in teaching this subject in adult education programmes.
  • Graduates from all educational disciplines who would like to work in the field of food production and preparation.

    • Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) requirements in the food industry

    • HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system
    • Basic principles of the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) system
    • Legislative framework
