Introduction

The purpose of the training program “Project Management and Administration ” is to familiarize the trainees with the modern and efficient principles and techniques of project management. The seminar aims to develop the skills for the management of a project by focusing on the process of planning and organization of the project, on project management techniques and tools, on risk management and on the skills necessary for the efficiency of a project team. The seminar will cover the Fundamentals of Project Management, project analysis, planning and monitoring, resource utilization, project costing methods, as well as the use of software packages for project monitoring.

The programme is implemented through distance asynchronous tele-education, is four hundred (400) hours long and does not require the presence of trainees in in-person meetings.
