The working environment is one of the areas that require social responsibility and in which companies can implement Corporate Social Responsibility programs. In addition, CSR policies can be implemented in areas such as the environment and its sustainable management, people and education.
In recent years, the management of APOPSI Group has been implementing a new human resources management system that emphasizes training, promoting employee skills, rewarding productivity and achieving a better work-life balance. Fair remuneration, open communication, continuous training and additional benefits for employees, beyond those required by law, are part of the Group’s human resources policy. We strictly follow health and safety rules and ensure that working conditions are maintained at an optimal level. In the same context, we motivate and encourage all employees to achieve their goals. In recent years, the Group has been carrying out a systematic “Knowledge Enhancement” project through practices that promote social cohesion and contribute to poverty reduction.
