Introduction

The training programme “Wine Tourism Development Executive ” aims to provide the appropriate knowledge for the utilization of the possibilities of Wine Tourism in the context of their own professional or general interests.

The programme is implemented through distance asynchronous tele-education, is four hundred (400) hours long and does not require the presence of trainees in in-person meetings.

Intended participants

This specific training programme is intended for:

  • Employees and executives of companies working in the wine production sector and in the tourism and leisure services sector
  • Owners of vineyards wishing to develop a wine tourism activity
  • Adult educators in the field of tourism, food and wine-growing
  • Executives of companies and sales organisations wishing to become involved in teaching this subject in adult education programmes
  • Trainers and personnel involved in continuous training and lifelong learning
  • Graduates of all educational subjects who will be employed in the field of adult education
