“Our company, aiming at providing the best possible customer service before and after the provision of professional training and lifelong learning services, supports and is committed to the establishment and implementation of a Management System, in accordance with the standards EN ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 21001:2018 and EN ISO 29993:2017, with the aim of providing high-quality products and services that comply with regulatory and legislative requirements and the continuous effort to improve both the services provided and the Management System itself.”

The above commitment is achieved through:

  • The implementation of the required Control Procedures & Documented Information, Internal Audits, Non-Compliant Services Control and Improvement Proposals.
  • The introduction of appropriate Indicators for measuring, analyzing and improving the quality-critical processes referred to in the Operating Framework.
  • Regular review of objectives and indicators with a view to continuous improvement.
  • Commitment to the satisfaction of Internet Services, Installation-Maintenance & Product Support.
  • Commitment to the satisfaction of Consulting Services, Training & Education Services (Synchronous-Asynchronous-Blended).
  • Recording and analyzing customer requests and feedback.
  • Protecting the intellectual property of interested parties, especially the customer and/or beneficiary.
  • The allocation of the necessary resources and their proper management.
  • Protecting and safeguarding personal data.

 

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

  • The satisfaction of trainees and all parties involved by providing high-quality educational services and products and services complementary to vocational training in the shortest possible time.
  • To respond immediately to requests and complaints from customers and/or beneficiaries, as well as all interested parties of the company.
  • To communicate the policy to staff and make it available to external stakeholders of the company so that it can be implemented satisfactorily.
  • Encouraging staff and external partners to actively participate in the implementation of the MS.
  • Continuous improvement and development of the Management System so that it remains a “living” management tool for APOPSI S.A.
  • The gradual transformation of APOPSI S.A. into a digital academy of knowledge and professional excellence.
  • The provision of innovative educational services using modern means and tools (Education 4.0).
