The general policy of APOPSI Group is that tuition fees are paid in three installments, namely the first installment (50%) is paid upon completion of registration, the second installment (30%) upon completion of 50% of the educational program, and the last installment (20%) before completion of 80% of the educational program.

Tuition fees must be paid in full in order to participate in the “final exams” and obtain the “program completion certificate.”

The discount categories in the pricing policy do not work in combination or cumulatively. If someone falls into more than one “beneficiary category,” the discount for the category with the highest discount percentage will be granted.

In case of cancellation up to five (5) days before the start of the program, the tuition fees will be refunded. After this deadline or the start of the Program, no tuition fees will be refunded.

APOPSI Group offers interested parties the opportunity to tailor their educational needs and requirements, with a corresponding adjustment of hours and attendance costs (option to purchase one or more educational modules).

The trainee has the option to request permanent withdrawal from a training program by submitting a request to the secretariat, stating the reasons for the withdrawal. The program’s academic supervisor may also discontinue a trainee’s enrollment if the latter does not comply with the terms of enrollment and attendance or with the terms of use of the online training platform.

In cases of discontinuation of attendance, no tuition fees will be refunded.

If there are any outstanding financial issues APOPSI Group reserves the right to temporarily suspend and/or deactivate the trainee’s account, the learners’ access to the synchronous and asynchronous e-learning platform, as well as their participation in face-to-face programs. If there are any outstanding educational or financial issues, no certificate of successful completion will be awarded for any of the individual Teaching Modules of a Program, nor for the Program as a whole. The certificate of successful completion will be issued and sent digitally within three months of the completion of the requirements (educational and financial).

Trainees retain the right to attend the program free of charge the following year, provided they have paid their financial obligations and, for proven health reasons or force majeure, did not participate in the training procedures for more than 20% of the total planned duration of the program (for which the interested party submits the necessary supporting documents to the Scientific Director). The maximum period of time they can participate in the next training cycle cannot exceed two calendar years from the end date of the initial program in which they were originally enrolled.    

APOPSI Group reserves the right to change the rates of discounts and other offers on the initial tuition fees throughout the duration of the training program without prior notice. Any changes do not apply to individuals who are already enrolled.
